Presented by Charlotte Center City Partners, this beloved festival runs through April 19, 2026, offering locals and visitors alike a chance to experience Charlotte in a completely new way.

Art That Comes Alive

The art installations are the heart and soul of Charlotte SHOUT!

These aren't your typical "look but don't touch" museum pieces. These are massive, interactive works that beg you to step inside, spin them, talk to them, and become part of the art itself.

At Disc Plaza on South Tryon Street, the "Portal to the Imagination" by Jeff Cason transports visitors to other worlds. Press the green button and watch as the portal opens to reveal one of eight randomized destinations.
