Blaze Pizza Closes South End Location After Nearly a Decade

Blaze Pizza has permanently closed its South End location in Charlotte after nearly ten years of serving the community.

 

The pizzeria, known for its fast-fired, customizable pizzas, ceased operations at its 1750 Camden Road address, leaving many patrons surprised by the sudden closure.

 

Signs posted on the restaurant's doors expressed gratitude to customers for their support over the past decade and encouraged them to visit other locations.

 

In conjunction with the closure, an auction has been scheduled for November 4, 2025, to sell over 100 items from the restaurant.

 

The auction, managed by Vanish Auctions, will take place at the former South End location, with bidding starting at $5 per item.

 

Interested buyers are required to pick up their purchases in person, as shipping is not available.

 

The closure of Blaze Pizza's South End location reflects a broader trend of restaurant closures in the area.

 

Earlier this year, Fuel Pizza also closed its doors after more than two decades in South End.
